Terms & Conditions

By using the Phoenix Precision Parking website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our services.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made online through our secure booking form.

  • We accept payments via card or cash (by arrangement).

  • Prices are based on a daily rate of R75.

  • Payment is required in advance for the selected parking duration.

  • Additional days will be charged at the standard daily rate.

  • Prices are subject to change but confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate agreed upon at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the drop-off time to qualify for a refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • A 30% cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

  • No-shows without prior notice will not be refunded.

3. Drop-Off and Pick-Up

  • Vehicles must be dropped off and collected at the Drop & Go area of George Airport.

  • Our staff will wear identifiable Phoenix Precision Parking badges.

  • You are responsible for informing us of your return flight arrival to ensure prompt vehicle return.

  • Failure to notify us may result in a delay in vehicle return.

4. Vehicle Condition and Liability

  • All vehicles are photographed upon collection and return for accountability.

  • We do not accept liability for any mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to the parking service.

  • Phoenix Precision Parking is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles.

  • Optional extras (e.g., car wash, service drop-off) are offered at your own risk and subject to availability.

5. Security

  • All vehicles are stored in a secure, offsite facility monitored by access control.

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, Phoenix Precision Parking is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, theft, fire, or unforeseen incidents beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, licensed, and insured.

  • Do not leave pets, perishables, or hazardous materials in your vehicle.

  • You agree to provide accurate contact and travel information when booking.

7. Changes to These Terms

Phoenix Precision Parking reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with South African legal processes.
